Not a driving or a racing school, but a car control school, one focused primarily on controlling skids etc on a skidpad. Preferably in the Northeast. One of my instructors was of Russian descent, born in Holland, living in Toronto, instructing in the US, and he said that there are few car control schools in the US, but there are in Europe and he feels they are very important. Lots of wet skidpad work and such. One school outside Nurburgring has a mechanical metal grate, when you drive over it it moves violently to one side, throwing the car into a skid! Anyway this guy says "it is easy to go fast, the hard part is knowing what to do when you make a mistake."
